All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, it will be shipped to your provided address. Orders may be shipped from international or domestic fulfillment centers depending on product availability. We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or high demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@vivliyou.com and we will assist you. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance and peak seasons.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
